We know how much you are inundated with email. Our studio-zine goes out once a month and contains answers to many of the questions we receive in the studio on a daily basis from our clients. Things people can do at home to maintain core strength, to prepare for ski season, ways of dealing with back, knee and neck pain, how to get more distance on your drive and many other useful gems. We also welcome write-in questions and suggestions as it has been through your passion, loyalty and motivation that we have remained a strong and thriving community, both in and out of the studio, for over 25 years.
